Terms of Use for the Beta Test Phase
“Silberheim Evolving Card Game”
1. Subject of the Beta
This beta version of Silberheim Evolving Card Game (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is an unfinished test version provided for development and testing purposes. Content, features, and progress may be changed or removed at any time.
The beta is time-limited and is scheduled to end on May 30, 2026. An extension or early termination remains reserved.
2. Participation in the Beta
Participation in the beta is free of charge and voluntary. There is no entitlement to access or continued availability.
Use is only permitted for individuals who have reached the age of 16 years.
3. Accounts and Progress
- All accounts, game progress, content, and data may be deleted at any time without prior notice.
- There is no entitlement to retain progress, content, or accounts beyond the beta phase.
- A transfer to the full version is not guaranteed.
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a fair and enjoyable testing environment. Therefore, the following is prohibited:
- insulting, harassing, or discriminating against other players
- using cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized tools
- intentionally abusing bugs to gain advantages
- sharing unlawful or inappropriate content
In case of violations, we reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content of the Game (e.g. graphics, cards, mechanics, text, code) is the property of the operator.
It is not permitted to:
- copy, distribute, or commercially use any content
- reverse engineer or analyze the Game to create competing products
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted during the beta may be used freely by us for further development of the Game.
6. Streaming and Content Creation
Creating and publishing content related to the Game (e.g. videos, livestreams, screenshots) is explicitly allowed.
The following applies:
- content must not be unlawful or offensive
- content must not create the impression of being officially endorsed by the operator
- we reserve the right to request removal of specific content in exceptional cases for justified reasons
7. Availability and Changes
As this is a beta version:
- the Game may be unstable or contain errors
- interruptions or data loss may occur at any time
- content, mechanics, and systems may be changed at any time
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Use of the beta is at your own risk.
We assume no liability for:
- loss of data
- technical issues or outages
- damages resulting from the use of the beta
To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded.
9. Data Protection (Beta-specific)

Within the scope of the beta, we process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (in particular GDPR) to operate the beta and improve the Game.
Collected Data:
- email address
- name
- age
- Discord username
- technical data (e.g. operating system, hardware information)
Purpose of Processing:
- providing and operating the beta
- analyzing and improving stability and performance
- communication with testers (e.g. updates, feedback)
Legal Basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the beta) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the product).
Data Retention: All personal data will be deleted after the end of the beta unless statutory retention obligations apply.
User Rights: Users have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data at any time. Deletion can be requested informally from the operator at any time.

10. Termination of the Beta
We reserve the right to terminate the beta or restrict access at any time.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
